CMS Specialist, Tengiz, 28/28
CMS Specialist should have experience in turnover, commissioning, and startup activities and documentation of projects. Knowledge of project execution plans, the major phase gates and milestones associated with Turnover and Handover to Base Operations.
Strong planning skills; ability to identify appropriate sequencing of activities and allocation of resources. Ability to interface with all disciplines.
CMS Specialist must have the ability to develop work processes that reflectively support the Handover Task and should be able to communicate to all parties involved and find agreement of the path forward and process to be implemented.
CMS Specialist must have good leadership and communications skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally with follow through.
CMS Specialist must have initiative and good organizational skills for the multiple project task work, which will be anticipated.
Understanding of Construction, Commissioning and Startup Procedures is a plus
Reports directly to Shared Service’s CMS Group Supervisor.
Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point programs.
Use feedback to improve own work.
Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner, using appropriate arguments, style and language.
Good Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
