Contracts Junior Advisor
— Higher education
— Experience in Projects is desirable.
— Upper intermediate/Advanced level of English
— 70% of the scope is post award administration including
amendments/change orders, issuing service orders/work authorizations.
— Lead and manage the payment verification process, liaise with internal stakeholders and contractors,
— Preparing and issuing letters to contractors, engage Legal and Finance SMEs
— Lead negotiations as needed,
— Prepare and issue Requests for Work Estimate/Acceptance for Work Estimate etc.
— Occasional pre-award activities including preparation of RFP package, commercial evaluation, assist the technical evaluation team, engage relevant SME’s in the evaluation process.
— Prepare Recommendation for Award, Routing guides and lead up to the contract execution.
— Facilitation of Contractor Kick off Meetings.
— Ensure timely extension and track expenditure of contracts
— Mentor and lead/manage the workload of the junior personnel
