Planner, Tengiz, Rotational
Requirement:
NERP requires a Senior Planning Engineer with more than 8 years of experience in Major Capital Projects (preferably Brownfield — onshore projects) . This position is based in Tengiz to support Senior Planning Engineer in monitoring all contractor’s schedules for all Construction Scopes (Civil Work Construction Contracts, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation [MPEI] Installation Contracts, Pipelines Contract, Overhead Power Line / Fiber Optic installation and Commissioning). Primary roles are -Support planning weekly/monthly meetings at site, providing insights of progress, productivity, forecast and lookahead activities
-Engage Constructor’s planners to provide feedback on performance relative to schedule baseline, S-curve baseline and manpower plans -Identifies, assesses, reports deviations from plan and suggests mitigations -Monitors and evaluate resource allocation and productivity; provide recommendations to maintain planned progress. -Assesses the impact of contractor’s schedule changes, establish productivity trends and evaluate against Project’s critical path and all key construction deliverables -Monitors and evaluate resource allocation and productivity; provide recommendations to maintain planned progress. -Interfaces with project cost personnel to ensure schedule alignment with cost models and support Earned Value Analysis, CAPEX phasing and Forecasting -Performs site verification of Contractor’s progress (as required) to support planning and forecasting process. -Support full implementation of Project Production Management (PPM) and Project Production Control (PPC) of assigned scopes
